| On the occasion of the
visit of President of China Mr. Jiang Zemin to Japan on November, 1998, the agreement on
the 33 items of mutual cooperation was adopted by Mr. Jiang Zemin and Mr. Keizo, Prime
Ministry of Japan. Eurasia Land bridge
concept is called as Asia-Euro Continental Bridge or New Silk Road, which consists of
Road, Railways, Pipeline, Communications Network, and regional development plan along the
route.
This forum is expected to make the first step with
discussion between Japan and China and to promote Eurasia Land Bridge Project. |
