Innovation Resource Has Emerged Increasingly as A New Achievement of Development Zone

In　the　development　zone,　high-end　innovative　elements　have　been　accumulated,　and　the　core　competitiveness　of　enterprises　has　been　enhanced.　The　development　zone　includes　2　national　innovative　enterprises,　37national　　high-tech　enterprises,　55　provincial　small　and　medium-sized　enterprises　of　science　and　technology.　It　has　established　6　national　industry　bases,102　R&D　institutions　above　provincial　level　and　20　national　R&D　institutions　included.　The　development　zone　has　won　the　second　price　of　national　science　and　technology　progress　for　four　consecutive　years　and　12　National　Patent　Gold　Award　and　Honorable　Mention.　It　submitted　202　PCT　applications　and　its　million　invention　patent　ownership　has　reached　70,　which　is　in　the　leading　position　in　the　National　Development　Zones.　Hengrui　Medicine　Co　Ltd　has　become　one　of　the　9　enterprises　under　experiment　in　the　first　batch　of　National　Top　100　project　of　new　enterprises,　which　is　the　only　selectedenterprise　in　Jiangsu　province　and　of　shortlisted　enterprises　from　the　same　industryas　well.

During　this　year,　the　development　zone　had　leaded　the　development　of　industrywith　the　main　idea　of　“Two　Three　Two”and　focused　on　“Three　points”.　Accurate　professional　investment　had　been　highlighted,and　the　process　management　of　the　whole　project　had　been　modified.　The　first　domestic　biological　innovative　drugs　of　IL-17A　target　had　received　clinical　approval,　and　the　first　domestic　production　line　of　T800　carbon　fiber　raw　silk　in　kiloton　level　has　completed　and　been　put　into　operation.　Theproject　with　annual　output　of　4000　tons　of　medical　packaging　aluminum　foil　of　Zhongjinmatai　has　completed.The　install　of　168　wind　turbine　sets　exported　by　Synergy　Drive　had　completed　in　South　Africa　as　well.　The　development　zone　has　adjusted　itsindustrial　structure　　for　continuous　improvement.Its　five　leading　industries　had　made　an　output　value　of　58.79　billion　yuan　in　the　first　three　quarters,with　an　increase　of　8.9%.As　key　enterprises,　the　output　value　of　Zhongfushenying　Co.Ltd　and　Hanhua　newenergy　Co.Ltd　increased　by　139%　and　30.3%　respectively.　With　a　view　to　future,　the　development　zone　is　actively　building　a　China　Health　Port　with　new　pharmaceutical　industry　as　the　core　advantages　and　distinctive　features.　It　will　concentrate　onconsummating　the　life　and　health　industryand　accelerating　the　growth　of　strategic　emerging　industry　such　as　advanced　materials,　precision　machinery　and　consumer　electronics,　aiming　at　becoming　a　strong　industrial　zone.
