Bangkok International Route to Open at the End of November

Starting from October 27, China's civil aviation will implement the 2024 winter flight schedule. Seizing the opportunity of the flight schedule change, Huaguoshan Airport has further optimized its capacity layout and route network structure. It will open an international route to Bangkok at the end of November and add, optimize, and increase the frequency of multiple domestic flight plans.

After the flight schedule change, the timings of all routes will be adjusted. Huaguoshan Airport plans to operate up to 25 routes, cooperate with 15 airlines, and serve 27 cities, including Bangkok, Thailand, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Fuzhou, Changsha, Xiamen, Harbin, Nanchang, Changchun, Dalian, Shenyang, Nanning, Shijiazhuang, Quanzhou, Haikou, Xi'an, Guiyang, Zhoushan, Quzhou, Lanzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, and Erdos. Among them, flights to Guangzhou, Harbin, Shenyang, Nanning, Chengdu, Dalian, Kunming, and Haikou will be increased in frequency to two flights per day. Flights to Quzhou will be launched for the first time from October 27, while flights to Zhoushan will resume operations.

It is reported that China's civil aviation system adjusts its flight plans twice a year. From the Sunday of the last full week in March to the Saturday of the last full week in October, the summer (autumn) flight schedule is implemented. From the Sunday of the last full week in October to the Saturday of the last full week in March of the following year, the winter (spring) flight schedule is implemented, commonly known as "flight schedule change seasons". The flight schedule change mainly covers the addition of new routes and flights, adjustments to flight timings and routes, and the cancellation of routes and flights.

The adjustment of winter flight routes this time reflects Huaguoshan Airport and its partner airlines' deep understanding and precise grasp of the winter tourism market demand. The airport will successively launch special flights such as "Winter Ice and Snow Tours" and "Flying to Warmth", closely aligning with the winter tourism boom. This not only provides passengers with more diverse travel options but also effectively promotes the rational allocation and utilization of tourism resources, injecting new vitality into the prosperity and development of the tourism market.
