As　a　major　livelihood　project　in　2019,　the　construction　progress　of　the　municipal　train　project　has　attracted　public　attention　since　the　feasibility　study　report　was　approved.　Yesterday,　the　reporter　went　to　all　stations　of　the　city　railway　project　to　interview,　and　saw　that　all　stations,　whether　it　was　Yantuo　station,　Xugou　station,　Lianyun　station,　or　the　new　vehicle　maintenance　base,　were　working　overtime　to　meet　the　deadline.　According　to　Wang　Liangzhou,　General　Manager　of　the　transportation　group　of　the　municipal　traffic　control　group,　the　construction　of　the　platform　and　station　building　will　be　completed　by　the　end　of　this　month,　the　decoration　and　equipment　installation　and　commissioning　will　be　carried　out　in　November,　the　operation　conditions　will　be　met　at　the　beginning　of　December,　and　the　project　will　be　officially　put　into　operation　by　the　end　of　December.

One　station,　one　scene,　full　of　cultural　characteristics

At　9　o'clock　yesterday　morning,　when　the　reporter　arrived　at　the　Xugou　Station　of　the　city　railway　project,　the　workers　had　been　working　for　more　than　three　hours.　Looking　at　the　appearance,　the　rudiments　of　the　Xugou　Station　building　have　appeared　and　there　are　many　scaffolds　outside　the　wall.　The　station　square,　bus　transfer　point,　tourist　bus　distribution　point,　passenger　waiting　canopy　and　other　supporting　facilities　have　been　completed.

According　to　the　renderings　provided　by　the　construction　unit,　Yantuo　Station　and　Xugou　Station　are　of　modern　shape,　and　Lianyun　station　is　of　European　style.　"Each　station　is　constructed　by　different　construction　teams.　In　the　case　of　Xugou　Station,　marine　culture　is　reflected.　Yantuo　Station　reflects　the　salt　culture　and　is　characterized　to　be　"one　station,　one　scene".　Wang　Liangzhou　introduced　that　the　total　length　of　the　city　train　project　is　35.1km,　with　a　total　investment　of　about　660　million　yuan.　Five　passenger　stations　are　set　up　along　the　line,　including　Lianyungang　Station,　Yantuo　Station,　East　Lianyungang　Station,　Xugou　Station　and　Lianyun　Station.　The　station　buildings　along　the　line　are　designed　in　combination　with　local　cultural　characteristics.　The　stations　are　different　and　integrate　with　the　surrounding　cultural　environment.　The　overall　design　is　simple,　elegant,　fresh　and　distinctive,　reflecting　humanity　and　the　style　characteristics　of　local　buildings.

Civil　engineering　of　station　building　is　almost　done.

At　Lianyungang　Station,　which　is　all　the　way　across　the　old　street　of　Lianyungang,　workers　are　working　on　the　roof　construction.　Nearby,　the　elevator　closely　connected　with　the　station　building　is　under　construction.　"The　building　is　expected　to　be　capped　on　26th,　November",　said　Wang　Bing,　the　Vice　Minister　of　the　Engineering　Department　of　the　City　Communications　Group.　He　introduced　that　Lianyun　Station　is　a　new　station　next　to　the　Longhai　Railway　Museum.　Tourists　will　come　back　from　the　old　street,　through　the　overpass　to　the　elevator,　through　the　elevator　to　the　waiting　hall　on　the　third　floor.

The　city　railway　project　is　the　first　new　city　railway　in　Jiangsu　Province　after　Hunan　intercity　railway,　Ningbo　Yuyao　railway,　Shaoxing　railway　and　Haikou　Meilan　Airport　in　Hainan.　After　completion,　it　will　realize　seamless　connection　with　high-speed　railway　and　help　to　strengthen　the　traffic　in　the　ast　and　west　of　the　city.　In　addition　to　the　five　passenger　stations　of　Lianyungang　station,　Yantuo　Station,　East　Lianyungang　Station,　Xugou　Station　and　Lianyun　Station,　the　line　also　has　a　new　vehicle　maintenance　base　for　vehicle　parking　and　primary　maintenance.　At　the　same　time,　three　passenger　stations,　Hushan,　Beigushan　and　Xinpu,　and　the　conditions　for　extending　to　Donghai　and　Xuwei　in　the　long　term　are　also　reserved.

In　terms　of　vehicles,　the　city　traffic　control　group　will　purchase　three　EMUs　from　CRRC　through　financial　leasing.　At　present,　the　construction　by　CRRC　Qingdao　Sifang　rolling　stock　factory　has　been　completed,　and　it　is　applying　to　the　Railway　Corporation　for　opening　procedures.　It　is　planned　to　open　to　Lianyungang　by　the　end　of　November.

In　order　to　ensure　that　the　project　will　be　open　to　traffic　by　the　end　of　December,　the　project　department　will　continue　to　carry　out　labor　competition　activities　among　all　construction　units,　and　encourage　all　construction　units　to　strive　for　excellence　in　completing　the　construction　tasks.　After　the　opening,　Shanghai　traffic　control　group　will　entrust　Shanghai　Railway　Bureau　to　be　responsible　for　the　operation　of　the　city　trains,　using　an　independent　ticket　inspection　and　sales　system,　which　is　common　to　citizen　cards.　It　is　expected　that　the　price　will　be　friendlier　to　the　people.
