Meanwhile, they will encourage citizens to be a safe and civilized traffic practitioner, propagandist and guardian, i.e. consciously wearing safety helmets, using safety belts, getting rid of the bad habits of changing lanes at will, picking up phone calls during driving and pedestrians crossing over guardrails. Drunk driving, overspeeding, overloading and other dangerous driving behaviors should be absolutely resisted. Government offices, enterprises, institutions, schools and hospitals carry out the activities of signing the "letter of commitment" for wearing safety helmets and using safety belts. And the Party and government organizations carry out the "I take the lead, I demonstrate" E-bike safety travel initiative. With the public participation, we will work together to create "Lianyungang rules" for safe driving and "Lianyungang consensus" for civilized transportation.
