Haizhou will implement 41 urban greening projects with Yingzhou Park completed in April

Recently,　Haizhou　greening　workers　in　the　north　gate　of　Shipeng　Mountain　Scenic　Area　sorted　out　scattered　plots　of　land　on　Dongfeng　Road,　preparing　to　plant　evergreen　trees　here　when　the　temperature　is　suitable.　According　to　the　news　from　the　Housing　and　Construction　Department　of　Haizhou　District,　41　new　urban　greening　projects　will　be　added　to　the　main　urban　area　of　Haizhou　this　year,　with　770,000　square　meters　of　green　space　added,　among　which　10　small　roadside　parks　will　be　built　with　emphasis.　According　to　Jiang　Qingshan,　deputy　governor　of　Haizhou　District,　this　year　the　region　will　focus　on　upgrading　the　connotation　of　landscape　greening　in　the　main　urban　area,　creating　a　landscape　that　not　only　reflects　the　historical　and　cultural　characteristics　of　the　ancient　city,　but　also　meets　the　needs　of　tourists　for　leisure　and　vacation.

In　recent　years,　the　urban　greening　coverage　rate　of　Haizhou　District　has　been　increasing　year　by　year,　initially　forming　the　characteristics　of　Yanhe　Road　"Yulan　Avenue",　Jiefang　Road　"Platanus　Avenue"　and　Yingzhou　Road　"Ginkgo　Avenue"　and　so　on.　Achievements　have　been　made　in　the　construction　of　green　parkland.　However,　due　to　geographical　conditions　and　historical　arrears,　there　are　still　few　large　parks　in　the　main　urban　area　of　Haizhou　District　and　the　per　capita　green　space　rate　of　parks　is　not　very　high.　In　order　to　speed　up　the　pace　of　construction　of　"Garden　City",　this　year,　the　region　will　focus　on　increasing　the　efforts　of　natural　protection,　carrying　out　ecological　restoration　and　natural　restoration　of　suburban　junction　and　abandoned　land,　and　planning　to　implement　seven　projects,　including　Kong　Wang　Mountain　Scenic　Area,　Peach　Blossom　Stream　Scenic　Area,　Yingzhou　Park　and　Liu　Zhizhou　Mountain　Park,　with　a　total　investment　of　1.058　billion　yuan　and　a　total　investment　of　543　million　yuan,　of　which　the　cost　of　seedling　planting　is　14.3　million　yuan.　After　the　completion　of　the　project,　49.13　hectares　of　green　space　will　be　added,　and　the　per　capita　green　space　of　the　park　will　exceed　14　square　meters.

At　present,　the　project　planning　of　Liu　Zhizhou　Mountain　Park　and　other　parks　has　basically　taken　shape,　and　the　related　greening　and　restoration　work　of　mountain　body　and　pond　mouth　will　be　carried　out　in　the　near　future.　Other　park　projects　are　being　implemented　intensively,　among　which　Yingzhou　Park　has　the　greatest　driving　force.　Its　micro-topographic　consolidation　has　been　basically　completed,　and　the　corresponding　large　tree　ponds　are　being　excavated.　The　urban　park　with　a　planned　area　of　613,000　square　meters　has　taken　shape.　The　park　construction　adopts　the　concept　of　"reclusive　city　with　mountains　and　rivers,　fostering　pastoral　land　at　Yingzhou"　and　uses　the　elements　of　pastoral　fun　and　farming　culture　to　build　urban　pastoral　parks.　"At　present,　we　have　backfilled　26000　cubic　meters　of　greening　planting　soil,　1500　cubic　meters　of　gravel　in　backfilled　Garden　Road　and　mountain　yard,　completed　400　meters　of　sewage　pipe　network　laying,　planted　603　seedlings,　and　are　expected　to　complete　the　main　project　construction　by　the　end　of　April."　said　Huang,　who　is　in　charge　of　site　construction,.

The　construction　of　roadside　parks　and　road　greening　is　also　the　key　project　of　Haizhou　District　greening　this　year.　This　year,　the　District　will　invest　8.17　million　yuan　to　upgrade　10　small　parks　in　densely　populated　areas,　such　as　Longwei　River,　People's　Bridge,　Haining　Bridge　and　Haiyunwan　North　Side　Park.　Among　them,　the　cost　of　nursery　planting　is　4.82　million　yuan.　After　the　completion　of　these　small　parks,　9200　square　meters　of　green　space　will　be　added,　which　will　create　the　best　environment　for　citizens'　daily　leisure　and　fitness.　In　order　to　continuously　improve　the　road　greening　landscape　and　upgrade　the　quality　of　urban　greening,　13　urban　roads,　such　as　Renmin　Road,　Jinping　Road　and　Hongsha　Road,　will　be　upgraded.　Through　the　change　of　color,　composition　and　level,　the　green　belt　will　form　a　landscape　with　unique　feature.　At　the　same　time,　tree　planting　and　replanting　will　be　carried　out　in　the　main　urban　area,　grass　and　flowers　will　be　arranged　at　the　intersection　of　the　main　road,　and　three-dimensional　greening　will　be　replanted.　In　addition,　11　greening　projects　will　be　implemented　in　Wanxiang　New　Haiyuan,　Golden　Phoenix　Village　and　Kong　Wang　Book　Garden　Village,　with　a　total　investment　of　46.5　million　yuan　and　a　new　green　space　of　235.4　million　square　meters.
