Qinshan Island Scenic Area Was Rated as National 4A Tourist Attraction

Recently, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released a list of newly added national 4A tourist attractions, among which Qinshan Island Scenic Area in our city has been included. At the same time, Tanggou Liquor Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone in Guannan County has also successfully passed the landscape quality evaluation and has been successfully included in national 4A tourist attractions construction list. Up to now, there are 43 national A-level tourist attractions in our city, including a 5A tourist attraction and fourteen 4A tourist attractions.

Qinshan Island is located in Haizhou Bay of Ganyu in the west of Yellow Sea. The mountain is also called Qin Mountain because it looks like a Guqin, covering an area of 0.1928 square kilometers. It consists of three peaks, namely, east, middle and west. The east peak is the main peak, reaching 55.9 meters high, and the west peak is 36.6 meters high. The whole mountain of Qinshan Island is composed of quartzite, marble and gneiss. The island is verdant with trees and lush grass. The scenery is very beautiful. There are more than 20 major scenic spots, including the Millennium Pavilion, Lisi Stele, Qindong Gate, Xufujing, Granny Temple, Zhutai, Ancient Fort, Qizi Bay, Shenlu, among which Shenlu, Jiangjun Stone and Mirage are known as the "three wonders" of Qinshan Island.

In recent years, nearly 500 million yuan has been invested in Qinshan Island Scenic Area to build a national 4A tourist attraction. The construction of land and island transportation terminal, tourist center, parking lot, tourist toilet, guide system, island lighting and other projects has successively been completed. The advantages of Qin culture, Xufu culture and other resources have been fully explored in the scenic area. With the continuous improvement of the island’s ecological quality, the tourism supporting facilities and the level of tourism services, it has become a well-known instagrammable tourist spot.
