The　journalist　learned　from　the　market　supervision　agency　today　that　since　the　unveiling　of　Lianyungang　Area,　China　(Jiangsu)　Free　Trade　Zone,　the　number　of　newly　established　enterprises　in　September　has　increased　by　74%　compared　with　the　same　period　last　month.　The　new　enterprises　mainly　consist　of　trade,　logistics　and　commercial　services.

Lianyungang　Yongyue　Enterprise　Consulting　Service　Co.,　Ltd.　is　among　the　first　batch　of　enterprises　stationed　in　Lianyungang　Free　Trade　Zone.　The　person　in　charge　of　the　company　told　reporters　that　he　had　taken　a　good　view　of　the　FTZ's　policy　and　location　advantages,　especially　the　financial　support,　talent　settlement,　tax　incentives　and　other　support　measures.

Since　the　unveiling　of　Lianyungang　Free　Trade　Zone　in　China　(Jiangsu),　our　city　has　accelerated　and　simplified　the　process　of　setting　up　enterprises　in　the　free　trade　zone　to　ensure　the　registration　of　enterprises　as　soon　as　possible.　Municipal　market　supervision　agencies　further　ease　market　access,　comprehensively　promote　the　reform　of　"setting　up　enterprises　within　2　working　days,　obtaining　real　estate　registration　within　3　working　days,　obtaining　construction　permits　for　industrial　construction　projects　within　30　working　days",　and　implement　the　"zero-meeting"　approval　model　of　"one-window　acceptance,　data　sharing,　parallel　processing　and　agency-based".　At　present,　enterprises　in　FTZ　can　register　enterprises,　tax-related　matters,　official　seal　engraving,　bank　account　opening,　social　security　business　and　etc.　on　a　platform.　Enterprise　owners　can　choose　the　guiding　and　acting　mechanism.　The　municipal　market　supervision　agencies　set　up　the　whole　acting　window　in　government　service　centers　at　all　levels,　carry　out　the　cooperation　between　governments　and　banks,　set　up　the　acting　network　in　more　than　150　bank　outlets　in　the　city　and　register　the　applicants　on　behalf　of　enterprises　free　of　charge.　

With　the　implementation　of　various　policies　and　measures　in　the　FTZ,　more　and　more　enterprises　will　enter.　The　market　supervision　agency　will　further　enhance　the　level　of　"Internet　+　government　services",　deepen　the　reform　of　the　"Separation　of　Business　Licenses　and　Government　Permits"　in　the　whole　field,　implement　the　"Express"　system　of　major　foreign　investment　projects,　achieve　equal　access　to　all　kinds　of　market　subjects　in　accordance　with　the　law,　fully　realize　the　enterprise's　"2330"　target,　make　trade　and　investment　convenient,　facilitate　the　examination　and　approval　services,　be　fair,　open　and　orderly,　and　supervise　safe　and　efficient　business　environment.
