Constructing a New System of "Intelligent Tourism" in Dayishan Scenic Spot and Strengthening Scenic Spot Management

Since the establishment of the provincial tourism resort, Dayi Mountain Scenic Spot has designed a new system of "Intelligent Tourism" with the layout of "a center, a platform, a network, a control, a voice and a police station" to provide the most convenient one-stop intelligent service for scenic spots and tourists.

Intelligent service is offered to improve the quality of tourism services. The development of online ticket booking, self-help explanation, navigation, strategy and virtual tour services makes it easy for tourists to obtain tourism-related information of Dayi Mountain Scenic Spot before or during their trip.

Intelligent management is to improve the quality of scenic area management. The establishment of three systems of monitoring, broadcasting and alarming can realize systems integration and effectively deal with emergencies in scenic areas. Based on the results of feedback evaluation, the management of scenic spots can be strengthened.

Intelligent data can improve the decision-making capability of scenic spot staff. Through Dayi Mountain Integrated Management Platform, we make full use of the ticket sales data of the mainstream OTA platforms such as electronic ticketing system, Meituan, mobile phone base station data, ticket sales data of websites and WeChat terminals, off-line ticket sales data, travel agency management system and so on to carry out statistical analysis of the tourist market, providing data basis for scenic spot decision-making.
