Lianyungang Released the 2018 PPP Project Library

In　order　to　carry　out　the　national,　provincial　and　municipal　policy　spirit　of　promoting　the　implementation　of　cooperation　between　the　government　and　the　social　capital　(PPP),　ensure　standardized　and　orderly　application　of　PPP　model,　encourage　and　guide　social　capital　to　participate　in　the　construction　of　the　PPP　project,　twelve　projects　have　been　selected　to　be　included　in　the　city's　PPP　project　library　in　2018　as　recommended　by　various　sectors　across　the　city　and　reviewed　by　Lianyungang　Municipal　Development　and　Reform　Commission　and　other　departments.　With　a　total　investment　of　13.2　billion　yuan,　these　projects　cover　tourism,　transportation,　ECO,　major　municipal　engineering,　public　services　and　other　fields.

What　are　the　highlights　of　this　year?　One　of　the　highlights　is　the　Holistic　Tourism　Destination　Infrastructure　Construction　Project　of　Lianyun　District　which　aims　to　carry　out　the　following　six　projects:　construction　of　an　image　display　area　of　the　Maritime　Peach　Blossom　Land　Entrance,　reconstruction　of　the　Seaside　Park,　construction　of　the　Seashore　Culture　Park,　reconstruction　of　Phoenix　Nest　Park,　Yangshan　Island　tourism　project,　greenway　system　engineering　and　the　upgrading　project　of　existing　scenic　spots　(Longevity　Valley,　Maple　Bay　and　Chuanshan　Waterfall).　The　key　transportation　project　is　Lianyungang　comprehensive　passenger　hub.　The　project　includes　a　station　square　of　123　thousand　square　meters　and　an　underground　garage　of　38　thousand　square　meters.　A　three-dimensional　zero　transfer　center　will　also　be　built,　primarily　functioning　as　the　public　transport　station,　long　distance　bus　departure　station,　tourist　transportation　center　and　city　airport　terminal.　The　total　floor　space　is　115474　square　meters.

The　highlight　of　public　service　is　the　Nursing　Home　Project　of　Lianyungang　Higher　Vocational　Technical　College　of　Traditional　Chinese　Medicine　in　Jiangsu　province.　The　center　will　cover　an　area　of　1.85318　hectares,　with　a　total　construction　area　of　27531　square　meters.　It　mainly　includes　the　traditional　Chinese　medicine　health　maintenance　sector　for　the　elderly,　office　buildings　for　medical　staff,　water,　electricity,　gas,　parking　lots　and　other　supporting　facilities.　Five　hundred　beds　for　nursing　care　and　medical　rehabilitation　equipment　are　allocated　as　well.　　　

　The　eco-environmental　protection　highlight　project　is　Linhong　Estuary　Provincial　Wetland　Park　of　Lianyungang　in　Jiangsu　(Lin　Hong　River　Provincial　Water　Conservancy　Scenic　Area).　The　project　has　three　subprojects,　including　ecological　conservation　and　restoration　engineering,　tourism　development　project,　supporting　project,　etc.　In　addition,　the　city　will　also　adopt　the　PPP　model　for　the　construction　of　some　public　infrastructures,　district　comprehensive　development,　etc.
