Lianyungang Pharmaceutical Enterprises Won Gold Medal of International Quality Competition

On　October　27,　the　author　learned　from　Haizhou　District　that　at　the　44th　International　Convention　on　Quality　Control　Circles　(ICQCC)　held　in　Tokyo,　Japan,　the　QC　project　"shortening　the　freeze-drying　cycle　of　F　products"　selected　by　Chiatai　Tianqing　won　the　international　quality　gold　medal.

It　is　known　that　the　International　Conference　on　Quality　Control　Circles　(ICQCC)　is　developed　from　the　1976　"East　Asia　QC　Circles",　which　is　held　once　a　year.　It　is　the　largest,　most　extensive　and　most　cohesive　international　activity　in　the　field　of　quality　management　and　is　known　as　"Quality　Olympics".　The　theme　of　the　International　Conference　on　Quality　Control　Circles　this　year　is　"to　create　a　better　future　through　total　quality　management　and　QC　group　activities".　More　than　350　teams　from　21　countries　and　regions　in　the　world　participated　in　the　fierce　competition.　The　Chinese　delegation　has　48　topics　from　more　than　30　enterprises,　including　China　Aerospace,　China　Power　Grid,　China　Nuclear　Power,　Chiatai　Tianqing,　Yangtze　River　Pharmaceutical　Group,　Gree,　Haier,　etc.

Chiatai　Tianqing　won　the　gold　medal　for　"shortening　the　freeze-drying　cycle　of　F　products".　The　achievement　of　this　subject　comes　from　the　practice　of　first-line　production.　By　means　of　DOE　method,　Minitab　software　and　other　advanced　quality　management　tools,　the　research　team　successfully　reduced　the　freeze-drying　cycle　of　F　products　from　100　hours　to　less　than　70　hours,　effectively　improved　the　production　efficiency　and　significantly　improved　the　product　quality.

In　order　to　ensure　the　product　quality　of　the　enterprise,　Chiatai　Tianqing　has　also　established　and　improved　the　corresponding　fine　management　system,　such　as　"weekly　meeting　system",　"new　product　trial　production　coordination　meeting　system",　"QC　project　management　system",　"production　system　GMP　normalization　management　mutual　inspection　system",　and　"5S　on-site　management　standard　supervision　and　inspection　system",　aiming　at　the　weak　links　existing　in　various　departments.　Through　optimizing　the　management,　the　executive　ability　of　employees　was　effectively　improved.　In　recent　years,　Chiatai　Tianqing　has　made　great　efforts　not　only　in　production　but　also　in　inspection　to　improve　the　inspection　level　of　the　enterprise.　The　company　has　successively　added　high-performance　liquid　chromatograph,　gas　chromatograph　and　atomic　absorption　spectrometer　imported　from　Germany,　Japan,　the　United　States　and　other　countries　to　ensure　that　the　qualified　rate　of　products　is　100%.
