Development Zone ascended into the national Eco-industrial Demonstration Park

A　few　days　ago,　the　Ministry　of　Environmental　Protection,　Ministry　of　Commerce　and　the　Ministry　of　Science　and　Technology　jointly　issued　a　document　which　officially　gave　a　permission　to　name　Lianyungang　Economy　and　Technology　Development　Zone　"the　national　Eco-industrial　Demonstration　Park”.　The　Development　Zone　successfully　built　up　the　first　　national　Eco-industrial　park　of　our　city，it　made　a　solid　step　forward　to　　a　'Environmental　Development　Demonstration　Park'.

The　national　Eco-industrial　Demonstration　Park　was　known　as　a　new　industrial　organization　form　which　was　designed　and　established　according　to　the　circular　economy　concept　and　the　industrial　ecology　theory.　It　was　the　best　industry　park　with　protection　of　environment　and　　green　ecology　concept.　Recently,　in　our　country,　the　national　Eco-industrial　Demonstration　Park　has　been　the　main　development　form　of　the　third　generation　of　industry　park,　which　is　an　economic　form　after　'economic　and　technological　development　zone'　and　'high　and　new　technology　industrial　development　zone’.　It　is　beneficial　for　development　zone　to　attract　more　high　quality　projects　after　being　given　a　permission　to　name　the　national　Eco-industrial　Demonstration　Park.

As　a　primary　unit　of　Lianyungang　eco-city　construction　and　a　big　project　of　coastal　development,　early　in　2011,　the　development　zone　firstly　started　the　construction　of　the　national　Eco-industrial　Demonstration　Park　in　northern　JangSu.　Among　the　process　of　the　construction,　the　financial　investment　is　more　than　2.5　hundred　million　per　year,　as　the　development　zone　centered　the　accomplishment　of　the　'infrastructure'　'environment　supervision'　'environmental　service'　as　well　as　implemented　the　leading　of　'industrial　eco-construction,　the　advance　of　'energy　conservation　and　emission　reduction'　and　cleaner　production',　the　promotion　of　environment　management　capacity　and　so　on.　More　than　72　major　projects　in　all.　By　the　end　of　2014,　the　　development　zone　had　accomplished　32　created　indexes　that　completely　reached　the　standard　and　over　the　government　standard.
