It　is　reported　that　the　2009　Lianyungang　Xuwei　International　Marathon,　sponsored　by　China　Athletics　Association,　Provincial　Sports　Bureau　and　Municipal　Government,　will　be　held　at　8:30　a.m.　on　Sunday,　October　20,　in　Xuwei　New　Area.　From　now　on,　the　registration　for　this　marathon　race　will　be　officially　launched　until　the　quota　is　full.

It　is　known　that　there　are　three　events　in　the　Xuwei　International　Marathon　this　year:　the　whole　marathon　(42.195　km),　the　half　marathon　(21.0975　km)　and　the　mini　marathon　(5　km),　with　a　total　of　15,000　people.　Among　them,　there　are　2000　people　in　the　whole　marathon,　3000　people　in　the　half　marathon　and　10000　people　in　the　mini　marathon.
