Shaguang Fish Growing in the Yellow Sea and with a scientific name of Acanthogobius Hasta, Shaguang fish is a kind of annual fish living in warm offshore area of sea bottom. Its meat tastes delicate and delicious, and this kind of fish grows rapidly. Since ancient times, local people in Lianyungang have had the habit of eating Shaguang fish. As the folk's saying goes, "Shaguang fish in October is more nutritious than mutton soup".
