Lianyungang Frontier Inspection Station Sets New Q1 Record in Ship Inspections and Export Volume

On April 3rd, the vehicle export terminal at Lianyungang Port Dongfang Company buzzed with activity as multiple international vessels operated simultaneously, loading over 1,500 China-manufactured construction vehicles in an orderly manner. According to statistics, in the first quarter of this year, the Lianyungang Exit-Entry Frontier Inspection Station inspected over 2,000 inbound and outbound ships (or ships entering/exiting ports). The export volume of construction machinery vehicles reached 18,800 units, marking a year-on-year increase of 50.4% and setting a new record high for quarterly exports.
