Creating a green port with a clean environment

On August 30, workers of Jiangsu Branch of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. were installing barrel foundation structures on the sea at the construction site of the embankment of Lianyungang Port 300,000-ton level channel Phase II project in Xuwei Port Area.
It is understood that the total length of the dike project is 4847.5 meters, all of which are made of a green bucket foundation structure. The project was started in October 2017. Up to now, 147 bucket foundation structures have been installed. The bucket foundation structure is made of reinforced concrete and is elliptical in shape. It is 36.6 meters long and 11 meters high. The weight of a single bucket is 3,700 tons. After the installation of bucket foundation structure, a sea dike is formed after being processed at sea.
