On August 26, the Hong Kong-registered “Dalian Ore” vessel, carrying approximately 400,000 tons of iron ore, completed unloading at the Lianyungang Port. The Lianyungang Exit-Entry Border Inspection Station optimized the customs clearance process, ensuring “zero waiting” for the vessel’s arrival operations and “zero delay” for its departure. From January to July this year, the iron ore throughput at the Lianyungang Port exceeded 27 million tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 5.2%.
