Land Supply

    The management area of Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone is 126.23 square kilometers, among which 29.16 square kilometers have been developed. Such special sub-zones have been built up as Central Zone, state level Export Processing Zone, state level New Pharmaceutical Industry Base, provincial level High and New Technological Development Zone, Near-Port Industry Zone and Dapu Industry Zone.
    With abundant land resources, Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone occupies 70 square kilometers of near-port saltern as the land for industry use and project development which can be conveniently levied and can satisfy investors' needs for land use.

   Geology

    The development zone is located on the marine accumulation plain. The soil can be divided into 3 levels, i.e. surface layer, soft soil layer (also called as mud layer, 10-15m thick) and bottom layer. It is soft on the surface of the land and hard at its bottom. The earthquake-proof intensity is 7 degrees.
