Establishing a
self-possessed water plant
1. Water rate and
water resources charge: 0.22/cubic meter
2. If the water is taken through
using agricultural irrigation water
resources and facilities, a compensation
fee not lower than the standard of
RMB35/(T*day) will be collected once and
for all.
3. Compensation for using riverway
and dike is RMB0.1426/cubic meter, If
the water is in-taken through using
agricultural irrigation water resource
and facilities , a compensation fee not
lower than 35 Yuan/t will be collected
once and for all. |

The continuous supply of vapor is
RMB 150/T, the discontinuous supply is
RMB 159/T (eg. winter heating).

and commercial use can be raised by 10%

sufficiently supplied
2. 5200 kcal soft coal is RMB450/T
in May 2005; The soft coal was
transported from Gansu Shanxi and can be
purchased in Xuzhou and Lianyungang.
They can be sufficiently supplied. |

The sewage treatment charge will be
calculated according to the consumption
of running water at the price of RMB
0.88/T for civil and RMB 0.83/T for
industry use. Fee has been collected
from the running water fee and will not
be collected separately any more. For
those who own a water plant, the sewage
treatment charge will be collected
according to regulations if they
discharge the urban sewage into the
sewage treatment facilities. |
