First Foreign Trade Order from Lianyungang’s Security Product Trading Platform Goes Global

From: Lianyungang Daily Updated: 2026-01-31 05:06

On January 28, at Busan Port in South Korea, containers filled with high-specification synthetic graphite were being unloaded. These goods, shipped from Lianyungang Security Industry Development Co., Ltd. to South Korea, represent the first foreign trade order from our city’s security product trading platform, injecting new vitality into the development of an export-oriented security industry in Lianyungang.

It is reported that as a core supporting material in the security industry, synthetic graphite has a wide range of application scenarios. It can be used to prepare high-temperature-resistant fireproof coatings, anti-static protective materials, etc., precisely fitting various industrial security scenarios such as steel structure factories and chemical parks, providing fundamental support for safety and protection work in relevant areas.

Notably, this transaction marks a successful practice by our city’s security product trading platform in expanding cross-border trade of related materials based on the core needs of the security industry. It also serves as a practical verification of the platform’s service effectiveness. In recent years, our city has thoroughly implemented the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Public Security and Jiangsu Province, designating the security industry as a key track for cultivating new quality productive forces. By fully leveraging the advantages of diverse application scenarios encompassing “mountains, seas, ports, cities, and islands”, it has established an architectural system of “one platform, two bases, and three centers” and a spatial layout of “one core, three poles, and multiple points”. Relying on industrial foundations such as Wukong Intelligent Computing, the petrochemical base, ports, and airports, it has made every effort to advance the construction of a public safety equipment production base and an export trade distribution center.

The security product trading platform operated by Lianyungang Security Industry Development Co., Ltd. has built an “online + offline” integrated service ecosystem, gathering over 400 security enterprises and launching more than 1,500 products. Online, it integrates core functions such as product promotion and transaction matching, effectively breaking down communication barriers between enterprises and achieving efficient linkage between supply and demand. Offline, it continuously improves entity services such as scenario support and logistics support, refining service processes and strengthening service guarantees to safeguard the implementation of various collaborations. Meanwhile, it has specifically enhanced its overseas service capabilities, building a professional support bridge for local security enterprises to explore international markets.

“We will take the landing of this first order as an opportunity to further optimize the platform’s overseas service system, continuously strengthen full-chain service capabilities including cross-border matching, logistics support, and foreign exchange services, keep exploring diversified foreign trade cooperation models, support more local security products to enter the international market, and help our city accelerate the construction of a new pattern of a regional security export trade distribution center,” said Wang, the Deputy General Manager of Lianyungang Security Industry Development Co., Ltd.
