To enhance visitor experiences and advance smart cultural tourism development, the Lianyungang Cultural and Tourism Bureau, in collaboration with the Lianyungang Cultural Tourism Group, has officially launched the upgraded 2.0 version of the city's integrated cultural tourism platform. Centered on "smart services, intelligent travel, tech empowerment, and inclusive benefits", this revamp introduces four innovative functional modules to comprehensively optimize tourism experiences, supporting Lianyungang's ambition to become a more appealing mountain-and-sea tourism destination.

According to project leaders, the upgrade adopts cutting-edge "immersive" UI design principles with optimized functional layouts, enabling "one-click access" to core services. A dedicated "senior-friendly version" was also developed to accommodate diverse user preferences. The platform debuts the "Sun Xiaosheng" AI customer service system, integrating DeepSeek's large language model with a proprietary local tourism knowledge base covering 16 major attractions including Huaguo Mountain, Liandao Island, and Yuwan Bay. This system provides precise answers to eight categories of inquiries, including scenic area policies, transportation connections, and secondary consumption options. The "Sun Xingzhe" digital tourism AI guide has also been deployed at key locations such as scenic areas and transportation hubs, offering intelligent navigation services to enhance travel efficiency.

The 2.0 version significantly upgrades intelligent transportation services by integrating parking resources citywide. Real-time parking availability displays for Huaguo Mountain, Maritime Yuntai Mountain, Liandao Island, Yuwan Bay, and other attractions are now available, complemented by a "5G+drone" intelligent guidance system that reduces parking search time by 70%. The platform connects with Jiangsu's "Su Xinyou" provincial tourism service and links scenic area mini-programs including those for Huaguo Mountain, Liandao Island, Yuwan Bay, and Qinshan Island, enabling a "one-code access" system for seamless travel. Combined with LBS technology, real-time crowd comfort s help visitors plan stress-free journeys.

Notably, the platform introduced a consumption voucher distribution system covering admission tickets, secondary consumption (such as dining and souvenirs), and nighttime cultural tourism consumption clusters. By attracting new merchants to join, it has successfully established a win-win cultural tourism consumption ecosystem that benefits attractions, businesses, and tourists alike.
